Welcome to our certificated site for 5 motor homes/vans under 6.5 metres long. There is hard standing for turning and parking and grass standing. Motorhome owners have access to toilet waste facility and non-drinking water on site. Drinking water at Croft (250m). 4G wifi connection.
Silver Birch Aire is a very tranquil, natural habitat, ‚back to nature‘ type of place. We’ve recently planted deciduous trees in this wild field which is surrounded by farmland. Maintained, cut paths are ideal for dog walking Nature lovers may enjoy spotting buzzards and roe deer which frequent the area.
The site is situated 2 miles inland from the small fishing village of Port William, on the scenic coast of Luce Bay, South West Scotland. There are plenty of lovely, local walking opportunities (including The Whithorn Way) as well as cycling routes
Enjoy swimming in clear water at wonderful, sandy beaches situated at Port William slipway and St Medan‘s Golf Club.
Galloway is the UK‘s first UNESCO Dark Sky Park so there are plenty of star spotting opportunities when parked up overnight!
